Terms of Service for Sprout & Tu: Connect Puzzle

Welcome to Sprout & Tu: Connect Puzzle (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), a mobile game developed by JustHoverLab (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”). By installing, registering, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description & Technical Framework

The Service is a mobile application developed using Unity 6. To provide a complete gaming experience and secure data storage, the Service integrates the following third-party technologies:

  • Google Play Games Services: Used for identity authentication, achievements, and social features.
  • Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Cloud Save: Used for synchronizing and storing your game progress and virtual asset data.
  • Google AdMob: Used for providing in-game advertising support.

2. User Eligibility & Child Protection

  • Age Limits: While the Service is intended for general audiences, users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We strictly adhere to the GDPR (for users under 16 in the EU) and COPPA (for users under 13 in the US). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
  • Guardian Responsibility: Guardians are responsible for supervising the minor’s gameplay and ensuring they do not perform unauthorized account operations.

3. Accounts & Data Storage

  • Authentication: The Service uses Google Play account login. The Developer does not access or store your Google password.
  • Cloud Saving: Your game progress is encrypted and stored via UGS Cloud Save. You agree that data transmission may be affected by network conditions, and the Developer is not liable for data loss caused by third-party platform failures, though we will assist in recovery efforts where possible.
  • Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their mobile devices and Google accounts.

4. Advertising & Personalization

  • Rewarded Ads: You may choose to watch advertisements to earn in-game rewards (e.g., items, energy). These rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded or exchanged for cash.
  • Privacy Control (UMP): In compliance with Google and GDPR policies, we use the User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can choose to “Consent” or “Decline” personalized ads within the game settings at any time.

5. Privacy & Data Handling (Privacy Policy Summary)

The Developer is committed to minimizing data collection in accordance with Google Play Data Safety guidelines:

  • Scope of Collection: We only collect information necessary for game operation, such as device model, OS version, game progress, and Advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA).
  • Purpose: Data is used solely for save synchronization, ad delivery, crash analysis, and service optimization.
  • Security: All data is transmitted via encrypted protocols to Google and Unity servers.

6. Right to Data Deletion

We respect your data autonomy and provide the following methods to delete your account data:

  • In-Game Deletion: You may go to the “Settings” menu and click “Delete Data” to permanently erase all game progress associated with your account from UGS Cloud.
  • Manual Request: If you cannot access the game, contact us at justhoverlab@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
  • Note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

7. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

  • Originality: All code, game design, artwork, music, and sound effects are the original property of JustHoverLab.
  • Prohibited Acts: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets from the Service.
  • Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use the game. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Fees and Future Payments

  • Current Status: The Service is currently Free-to-Play with no In-App Purchases (IAP).
  • Future Provisions: If payment features are added in the future, we will update these terms to comply with the Google Play Billing System.

9. Disclaimer & Termination

  • “As-Is” Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Termination: The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for technical or business reasons. Significant changes will be announced via the store page or in-game notices.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Developer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the Developer’s jurisdiction.
